We had the best moving experience in all our years in the UAE with GI Movers. They moved us from a 3-bedroom villa to a 4-bedroom villa seamlessly — packing, transporting, and arranging everything, including a large number of indoor and outdoor plants, with exceptional care and professionalism. Sajan was the main organizer and support, guiding the crew while handling tasks himself. Muzzammil’s precision, Shuaib’s careful handling, Lakshmi’s attention to detail, and Dhankumar’s kind support stood out, but there were many other team members whose names I didn’t catch — and every single one of them was exceptional. After contacting the GI Movers, Amir visited our villa and did a survey to submit a quotation. Since I had a bad experience previously, I even visited GI Movers office in Abu Dhabi and expressed my concern (moving the piano, proper re-installation of electrical equipment etc.). The manager in the backoffice addressed my issues and relieved my concern. The execution was perfect. Amir's team did a great job for our move from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. All team members were very helpful and polite. Especially packing of fragile items was exceptionally good, and they supported furniture with cartons at the bottom to avoid scrathes. An absolute fantastic job done from start to finish. The team arrived punctually and with all the necessary tools and packing equipment required. They needed no direction, they we're super efficient and, if anything I was in their way! They were flexible when a technical hitch arose with the readiness of my new apartment and waited with no complaint. The team unloaded, unpacked and even put all my belongings in their rightful place. They also hung my clock and some pictures too. There was absolutely no damage to any of my furniture as they had wrapped it well and secured it firmly. Excellent service from start to finish - they sent a team of 12 to help us move from a 4 bed villa in ranches 2 to ranches 1. They reported at 8.30am and packed, moved and unpacked in our new house by 3.45pm! Fast, efficient and very hard working. Nothing broken or damaged and everything put into the place it was asked. We asked them to leave a few boxes we wanted to go through ourselves, so had we got those unpacked, then probably would have taken another hour or two. All in all I was very impressed with the service and the pricing was the best of the three quotes I got. If you need to move within the UAE (as we did) then I cannot recommend GI movers any more highly. Superb, well done team!! ~ zakria h

First time Using GI Movers for shifting appartment not expecting too much. Surprisingly we are Very Happy. First they were punctual, Very Professionals, informed that they covid tested regularly. Polite Staffs, Paying attention to details, putting things exactly how it was on previous place. Very Flexible when it comes with a bit extra work. Tried best to neatly finishing everything before they left. They sweep my floor after done unpack. Managed to solved to brought in items that very big that would not fit the door. Set up electronic and test until it working properly. It was excellent. I will be more than happy to recomend it. I really satisfied with GI Movers Service. I need to relocate two items, TV and Fridge. When I contact with GI mover team at the first time, Amala gave me a guide how to book the service and she arranged the moving date and helped me to prepare all the documents. The day before of moving day, Kumar contacted to me and discuss about the details like security permit. He doubled checked permit and details of the items. Umerjaved, Miraj Arrived right on time and they started to pack very professionally. They have a special box for TV and for the fridge they wrapped more than twice after that they covered it over with some blankets. All the process went smoothly. I'm giving GI Movers 5 stars because from first call to the truck driving away yesterday everything was handled politely, calmly, efficiently, and on time. Job: flying about 420 kg of books and smaller household items to rural address in Ireland. Ms. Amala handled calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. So pleasant to deal with: calls always answered first time; emails and WhatsApp answered quickly and with requested info. Likewise Kumar and Packing Team - Ramesh, Mohammed, and Ma'rouf came on time and worked quietly, calmly and efficiently. Left apartment spotless. Can't forget Mr Sandeep who handled payment - again polite and efficient. What I really liked about this company is that they seemed genuine. Covid19 competent team, all the hygiene norms were followed. I have moved within Abu Dhabi, my wife is very happy with the services. The staff is very cooperative, pleasent in appearance, enthuasticslly followed all the instructions and fulfilled all the requirements especially about setting up the kitchen according to her choice. The operation team leader Mr. Shiva and coordinator Mr. Kumar, both of them managed the moving and shifting activity with professionalism. The service was very prompt and next to perfection. They were very professional and well organized. My communication was with the Supervisor Kumar. He was very clear about the time the moving team will be arriving on my moving day, and how much time it will take to pack/unpack and move my stuff to the new apartment. The teams are well trained, fast and very careful. They disassembled and re-assembled my furniture without any scratch or even minor defects. I was the most worried about my Ikea sliding door closet coz many people suffered after moving it, I was very impressed that they did it very easily and professionally. My move was easy and stress free, all I had to do was tell them what needs to be packed and how to organize them in the new apartment. They marked all my items with the bedroom number and put them back in the designated bedroom. They were also very accommodating to my brother’s additional requests of installing his bike mount and curtains. Highly recommend!!!! ~ Ami A

I have to say that this company is by far THE BEST!!! We had a 3 floors in our old home that we lived in for 10 years, so you can imagine how much stuff we had and they needed to be shifted to our new 2 floors home. They were so careful with all our stuff, dedicated a day to move each floor over 3 days and helped us unpack and had a handy man help us install the lights. All workers were respectful and very professional. They also made sure that everything was cleaned and they took every empty single box as well as all the stuff that we needed to give away. Based on our experience, I could not recommend GI Movers highly enough! They truly made our move pleasant. The people were courteous and proficient, and always with a genuine smile. Employed GI movers based on reviews on google and the super competitive pricing from the team. The admin office (Amala) was super responsive for all queries and arranged for everything appropriately. The work a few hours later than requested because of fog issues during which time the team gave timely updates. The team was lead by Sasi and supervised by Kumar. The team was very professional in their approach and ensured everything was appropriately packed and re-arranged at the new place. We had to do no work other than guiding on where things to be in the new place. The most impressive was that given the work started late and there were more items than expected, there was some pending work before we could finish on the moving date like curtains, some drilling etc. The team ensured that all these work was fully completed the next on a timely manner without any complaints or extra money. Excellent professionalism and patience with which the staff packed, transported and delivered my items from one apartment to another in Abudhabi. We just finished an overseas move with GI Movers handling the container pickup from Dubai port and storage in Abu Dhabi while we looked for an apartment. Everything was coordinated well and I was kept well informed of the pickup and storage stages. We just had them deliver everything from storage last week and the crew did an excellent and careful job moving our things to a new apartment.
