I had an outstanding experience with this moving company. From the moment I booked the service until everything was completed, the communication and follow-up were exceptional. A special thanks to Selva Kumar for his continuous support and professionalism throughout the entire process. He stayed in touch with me from the time I made the booking until the job was finished, making sure everything went smoothly. The moving team was amazing. They were punctual, professional, careful with all my furniture and belongings, and they went above and beyond my expectations. The level of service was truly beyond five stars. Thank you to Selva Kumar and the entire team for making my move stress-free. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service. ~ Tharwat M

We had the best moving experience in all our years in the UAE with GI Movers. They moved us from a 3-bedroom villa to a 4-bedroom villa seamlessly — packing, transporting, and arranging everything, including a large number of indoor and outdoor plants, with exceptional care and professionalism. Sajan was the main organizer and support, guiding the crew while handling tasks himself. Muzzammil’s precision, Shuaib’s careful handling, Lakshmi’s attention to detail, and Dhankumar’s kind support stood out, but there were many other team members whose names I didn’t catch — and every single one of them was exceptional. The whole team worked efficiently, respectfully, and left our new home fully set up and spotless. Truly outstanding service — highly recommended! ~ Mahjabeen I

Best moving company I have ever deal with, they are smooth, on time, fast, and well organized, the team is respectful and they take permission before taking any action, highly recommended, the price worth it 👌 انصح بالتعامل معهم ..من افضل شركات النقل، سريعين و على موعدهم و منظمين و الفريق متكامل فعلا يستحق السعر المعقول اللي يعرضونه ~ Amal A

After contacting the GI Movers, Amir visited our villa and did a survey to submit a quotation. Since I had a bad experience previously, I even visited GI Movers office in Abu Dhabi and expressed my concern (moving the piano, proper re-installation of electrical equipment etc.). The manager in the backoffice addressed my issues and relieved my concern. The execution was perfect. Amir's team did a great job for our move from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. All team members were very helpful and polite. Especially packing of fragile items was exceptionally good, and they supported furniture with cartons at the bottom to avoid scrathes. In brief, the team was well balanced and diligent. It was a very smooth move and I cordially recommend GI Movers to everyone looking for a professional company. ~ Ibrahim A

Where should I start. The first interaction with Deva (who was super polite and humble). Then comes the follow up team who has patiently followed up on the necessary arrangement's to enter the compound The team was on time as promised. They provided me a brief on what and how they are going to execute the task. Kashif (Team leader) was polite, hard working and has easily handled the team without any hustle. As stated, the team has delivered the product without any damage. Here comes Selva (Probably I guess Liaison manager), he followed up on the services and team interaction. Extended his gratitude finally. Very humble organisation and team. I strongly recommend GI Movers anyone who are looking for Pick and Move services. These team are affordable and top notch professionals. ~ Jayanth K

Overall I am very pleased with the moving service and wanted to share my appreciation. The move was not simple, especially with the large wardrobe, curtains and full apartment setup, but the team handled it professionally and cooperatively throughout the day. I especially appreciated that additional manpower and another truck were arranged when needed. That showed good support and flexibility from the company side. The team members themselves were very polite and respectful from the moment they arrived. They greeted us properly, stayed patient during the work, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the move. Please pass my thanks and appreciation to the full team. Thank you again ~ Khalid K

Today I used GI Movers for my residential furniture shifting from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The team was highly professional, neat, and well-organised from start to finish. They handled all my furniture with the utmost care, ensuring everything was properly packed, safely loaded, and delivered without any damage. The manpower was strong and efficient, and the entire shifting process was completed quickly and smoothly. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service they provided. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend Gi Movers to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company. ~ ziyad m

An absolute fantastic job done from start to finish. The team arrived punctually and with all the necessary tools and packing equipment required. They needed no direction, they we're super efficient and, if anything I was in their way! They were flexible when a technical hitch arose with the readiness of my new apartment and waited with no complaint. The team unloaded, unpacked and even put all my belongings in their rightful place. They also hung my clock and some pictures too. There was absolutely no damage to any of my furniture as they had wrapped it well and secured it firmly. I would highly recommend GI Movers for an excellent, professional move without any worries or stress involved with a house move! Thank you for your service! 🙏🙏🙏 ~ Lynn D

Excellent service from start to finish - they sent a team of 12 to help us move from a 4 bed villa in ranches 2 to ranches 1. They reported at 8.30am and packed, moved and unpacked in our new house by 3.45pm! Fast, efficient and very hard working. Nothing broken or damaged and everything put into the place it was asked. We asked them to leave a few boxes we wanted to go through ourselves, so had we got those unpacked, then probably would have taken another hour or two. All in all I was very impressed with the service and the pricing was the best of the three quotes I got. If you need to move within the UAE (as we did) then I cannot recommend GI movers any more highly. Superb, well done team!! ~ zakria h

I really satisfied with GI Movers Service. I need to relocate two items, TV and Fridge. When I contact with GI mover team at the first time, Amala gave me a guide how to book the service and she arranged the moving date and helped me to prepare all the documents. The day before of moving day, Kumar contacted to me and discuss about the details like security permit. He doubled checked permit and details of the items. Umerjaved, Miraj Arrived right on time and they started to pack very professionally. They have a special box for TV and for the fridge they wrapped more than twice after that they covered it over with some blankets. All the process went smoothly. They relocated two items perfectly in new place. It was my first time to work with them and had a good experience with GI Mover team. Thanks ~ KS Y

They treated every piece, big or small, as if it were their own, ensuring that nothing was scratched, damaged, or broken. On top of that, they were quick and efficient in both their thinking and actions, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Covid19 competent team, all the hygiene norms were followed. I have moved within Abu Dhabi, my wife is very happy with the services. The staff is very cooperative, pleasent in appearance, enthuasticslly followed all the instructions and fulfilled all the requirements especially about setting up the kitchen according to her choice. The operation team leader Mr. Shiva and coordinator Mr. Kumar, both of them managed the moving and shifting activity with professionalism. The service was very prompt and next to perfection. We are quite happy and satisfied with GI movers. I have moved my home several times within Abu Dhabi and I can say that GI movers has delivered the best service. I'm giving GI Movers 5 stars because from first call to the truck driving away yesterday everything was handled politely, calmly, efficiently, and on time. Job: flying about 420 kg of books and smaller household items to rural address in Ireland. Ms. Amala handled calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. So pleasant to deal with: calls always answered first time; emails and WhatsApp answered quickly and with requested info. Likewise Kumar and Packing Team - Ramesh, Mohammed, and Ma'rouf came on time and worked quietly, calmly and efficiently. Left apartment spotless. Can't forget Mr Sandeep who handled payment - again polite and efficient. What I really liked about this company is that they seemed genuine. They spoke to each other the way they spoke to me - calmly and without stress. I feel this reflects a genuine work culture. Will update this when stuff arrives. ~ Edward H

I had a great experience working with GI Movers and Mr. Vishal Nandakumar (the sales and service team consultant) during my house shifting to Abu Dhabi. From the initial call through to completion, the coordination was smooth and efficient from Mr Vishal. The team was highly professional, responsive, and punctual—they even arrived an hour earlier than the scheduled 8:00 AM time. The entire process, including packing, shifting, and reinstallation, was handled with great care and attention to detail. Everything was executed seamlessly. Thank you for the excellent service—keep up the great work! ~ Duraisamy T

Our experience with GI movers has been amazing from start to finish. They replied to my query quickly, came out and surveyed the following day and my quote was with me approximately an hour after that. The process of booking was easy and they kept in touch with me answering any questions I had immediately. On the day the team arrived early ready to start at the agreed time. They were professional and very efficient. Our contents were packed, moved and unpacked within a few hours as well as some going off to storage. I would recommend GI movers for their work and their price. We were in very good hands. ~ Sara N

I had a great experience with the GI movers and packers team. They were extremely professional, quick, and efficient throughout the entire process. I recently used GI Movers for my relocation, and I must say Kashif and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The entire process was handled in a very professional and organized manner. I was particularly impressed with the quality of packing material they used and the careful attention given to packing each item. Everything was not only securely packed but also arranged neatly at the new place exactly as we wanted. A special mention for their thoughtful inclusion of a female worker for handling kitchen utensils. This made the ladies in our household feel very comfortable and allowed them to work closely with her to achieve the desired arrangement in the kitchen — a small but very important detail that really stood out. Overall, Kashif and his team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, safe, and stress-free move. I would highly recommend GI Movers to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving service. ~ Anurag G

I have to say that this company is by far THE BEST!!! We had a 3 floors in our old home that we lived in for 10 years, so you can imagine how much stuff we had and they needed to be shifted to our new 2 floors home. They were so careful with all our stuff, dedicated a day to move each floor over 3 days and helped us unpack and had a handy man help us install the lights. All workers were respectful and very professional. They also made sure that everything was cleaned and they took every empty single box as well as all the stuff that we needed to give away. I cannot thank the team at GI movers enough... ~ N D

Based on our experience, I could not recommend GI Movers highly enough! They truly made our move pleasant. The people were courteous and proficient, and always with a genuine smile. GI movers sent a team of 12 to move our belongings from our 4-bdrm unit to a house on Yas. The whole move took two days (as promised) and everything went according to plan. The people in the team were calm and patient when we had to take time to think where we will place box X or move again furniture Y. You really felt you had a team ON YOUR SIDE! They exceeded our expectations by a very large margin! We will definitely use them again if we move. ~ Nikos N

They were very professional and well organized. My communication was with the Supervisor Kumar. He was very clear about the time the moving team will be arriving on my moving day, and how much time it will take to pack/unpack and move my stuff to the new apartment. The teams are well trained, fast and very careful. They disassembled and re-assembled my furniture without any scratch or even minor defects. I was the most worried about my Ikea sliding door closet coz many people suffered after moving it, I was very impressed that they did it very easily and professionally. My move was easy and stress free, all I had to do was tell them what needs to be packed and how to organize them in the new apartment. They marked all my items with the bedroom number and put them back in the designated bedroom. They were also very accommodating to my brother’s additional requests of installing his bike mount and curtains. Highly recommend!!!! ~ Ami A

I recently utilized the service of GI Movers. I am happy that I selected GI Movers. They are a team of true professionals and made the move a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Ms. Amala was very supportive in arranging the survey, providing a reasonable quote, and coordinating throughout the process. Mr. Kumar was organizing and supervising the move, and was constantly communicating with me to ensure that the move was executed smoothly. A special mention to Mr. Kashef and his team of 12 men. They are experts in this job and came well equipped. They ensured that my furnitures and home appliances and fragile materials are moved safely and installed exactly how they were prior to the move. Curtains were fixed to my satisfaction. And, they did everything so quickly and perfectly that my 4BHK move was completed between 8 AM and 6 PM. Very much satisfied with the service of GI Movers. Highly recommended. ~ Bijesh B
